Nick Bernardo, III
Board Member & Board President
Nick Bernardo, III, founded ARMing Heroes in the State of New Jersey in March of 2009 and holds the title of Board President. He is president and owner of Net Gain Marketing, Inc., a marketing consulting firm operating since 2003 primarily in the credit and collection industry, based in Collingswood, New Jersey. Mr. Bernardo’s past non-profit experience includes volunteer experience with Philadelphia Futures as a mentor to high school students, Habitat for Humanity as a construction volunteer, and the Philadelphia Department of Recreation as a youth baseball coach. Brian Greenberg
Board Member
Brian Greenberg holds the title of Board Member. He is managing director and CEO of Greenberg Advisors, and one of the most experienced strategic advisors in the accounts receivable management sector, specializing in providing merger and acquisition (M&A), capital raising, and valuation-related advice to owners, executives, and investors in the ARM industry. Nick Bernardo, Jr.
Board Member & Board Treasurer
Nick Bernardo, Jr., holds the title of Board Treasurer. He is president and owner of a construction contracting firm of the same name based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, since 1980 Nick Bernardo Carpenters. Mr. Bernardo is a Vietnam-era U.S. Air Force service-disabled veteran. Mr. Bernardo’s past experience in the non-profit sector includes holding board positions with multiple neighborhood civic and athletic associations in Philadelphia, including positions with Northwood Civic Association, Simpson Athletic Association, and Parkview Hospital. Susan Namm
Board Member
Susan Namm holds the position of Board Member. An industry veteran since 1983 with extensive first- and third-party collection experience, she is currently Director, Licensing and Mail Services, Asset Performance Group, a division of Sallie Mae. Ms. Namm brings a unique voice to the board as a mother to two sons who serve or have served in the military. Susan’s experience with charitable endeavors includes volunteer work with the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and Helping Hands to Christ. Email this board member to express your interest in supporting this worthy cause.

Fred Landrum
Board Member
Fred Landrum has held senior positions in the teleservices industry since 1983 for companies, large and small, engaged in customer service, first- and third-party collections, market research, and customer satisfaction. In addition to the consumer market, he has also been involved in healthcare financial services and was a recipient of the 2008 Helen Yerger award for committee work in education for the healthcare community. Mr. Landrum served in the U.S. Air Force for nearly six years in the 1970’s, first in Korea and then with the National Security Agency and Defense Language Institute. Fred is currently CEO of Prosperity America to express your interest in supporting this worthy cause.

Everett Stagg
Board Member
Everett Stagg holds the position of Board Member for ARMing Heroes. Mr. Stagg has an impressive history in the accounts receivable management industry, having worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He is currently CFO and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Coast Professional, Inc., a Federal contractor, and has experience in the collection industry dating to 1988. Mr. Stagg attended Oglethorpe University, and graduated with honors from the U.S. Navy Optical School. He was an active member of the United States Navy from 1987 to 1988 and served on the USS Frank Cable in Charleston, SC. During this time, he was the recipient of the prestigious Navy League Award, which is awarded to one in 15,000 recruits. He later spent seven years in the Navy reserves. Corey Gabler
Board Member
Corey Gabler holds the position of Board Member for ARMing Heroes. Mr. Gabler has served the accounts receivable management industry for a number of years, working as Vice President and Board Member for VeriFacts, Inc., a specialty skip tracing company. He also owns and operates a sister company, Compass Performance Group, servicing Federal contractors within the student loan market. Mr. Gabler spent just over four years in the Marine Corps as an infantryman and, later, within the intelligence community.  He participated in three deployments. Todd Langusch
Board Member

Mr. Langusch is currently the President and CEO of TECH LOCK, Inc. He has worked in the accounts receivable management industry for a number of years, including as chief information officer for large debt buyers, a consultant to the industry, and an ACA International-certified Instructor. He has over 25 years of privacy, information security, and information technology experience, and has held over 25 different information technology certifications. He was named one of the 2008 Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals. He has served as chairman of ACA International’s technology committee and on Noble Systems’ SNAP Panel. Mr. Langusch is an Operation Desert Shield Service Disabled Veteran and was awarded a Southwest Asia Service Medal, a National Defense Service Medal, and a Good Conduct Medal.  During his service, he also earned the Navy’s "E" Ribbon, a Meritorious Unit Commendation, a Sea Service Ribbon, an Overseas Service Ribbon, and various other awards and commendations during his eight years of active duty service. Dexter Smith

Board Member

Dexter Smith holds the title of Board Member. He is the President of Credit Adjustments, Inc., and has held numerous senior management positions as he progressed through the executive ranks with several of the nation’s largest ARM firms. He has experience dating to 1980’s within the collection industry.  Mr. Smith’s company specializes in the collection of defaulted federal student loans. Dexter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the board, promising to further strengthen its mission of helping veterans facing financial difficulties.
